Broad Themes

The Arbitration & Corporate Law Review (ACLR) is a peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary academic journal which operates annually. ACLR Journal publishes annually in the month of April. The Journal is run and managed by students of Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai.

It is run by a Board of Editors comprising of six Managing Editors. The journal follows a four-tier blind peer review process by undergraduate and postgraduate students, academics, legal professionals, and practising lawyers.  

This journal is under the aegis of our esteemed Board of Advisors, consisting of legal luminaries who possess expertise in their respective fields.

These limits shall be exclusive of footnotes.

  • Short Articles – 3000 to 5000 words.

  • Long Articles – 5000 to 8000 words.

  • Book Reviews – 2000 to 3000 words.

  • Case Comments – 3000 to 5000 words.

  • Legislative Comments – 2000 to 4000 Words.
