Broad Themes
The Arbitration & Corporate Law Review (ACLR) is a peer-reviewed, inter-disciplinary academic journal which operates annually. ACLR Journal publishes annually in winter/spring at the end of April. The Journal is run and managed by students of Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai.

It is run by a Board of Editors comprising of six Managing Editors. The journal follows a four-tier blind peer review process by undergraduate and postgraduate students, academics, legal professionals, and practicing lawyers.
​
This journal is under the aegis of our esteemed Board of Advisors, consisting of legal luminaries who possess expertise in their respective fields.
​
This Volume of the Journal shall be graced by a foreword by Hon'ble Mr. Justice B. N. Srikrishna.
