Dr. Kiran Rai
Mentor
An outstanding teacher and a student, she is the recipient of university gold medals in LL.B. & LL.M. Post-doctorate, she has over 13 years’ experience in teaching Business Law to graduate & postgraduate students. Her capability of guiding & motivating students to achieve a higher level of academic success is unmatched. She is also well known in professional circles and frequently collaborates with different establishments in organizing workshops & seminars.
She was the Head of the UG Program at Galgotias University, School of Law for 3 years before taking up the responsibility of Dean from 2016-2017. Currently, She is the Head of the UG Program at MNLU Mumbai.
Her interests include Company Law, Law of Contract, Corporate Governance, Merger & Acquisition, Legal Research, Entrepreneurship Development, and Business Law.
